I love artists who surrender to its vortex, letting the story take charge—spinning them, shaking them—until their truth pours out onto the screen. Dhurandhar is a shining example of that. The storytelling moved me. This is pure cinema.”

In a rare moment of candour, Hrithik also admitted that while he doesn’t align with the film’s political undertones, its artistic brilliance was undeniable. “I may differ with its politics, and I do believe filmmakers carry responsibilities as citizens of the world. Yet, I cannot overlook how much I admired and learned from this one, as a student of cinema. Truly amazing,” he added.
